  • Where Are Your Products Made?

    Are products are made in Vietnam as the materials we use come from the lush jungles Vietnam offers. Our highly skilled weave team have years of experience taking raw materials and weaving something so amazing.

  • How Long Does It Take To Receive My Product?

    We strive to ship out our products the same day.  However, sometimes there may be a few days delay.  Give it at least 3 days and if you still haven’t received your product, send us an email at support@Wovanna.com.

  • Why Does My Product Have An Amazon Logo On The Box?

    Don’t worry this isn’t a mistake!  We strive to get our products to our customers as quick as possible and using Amazon to store and ship our products to you, is the fastest way.  We use Amazon’s quick shipping methods so you can enjoy your product within a few days.

  • What Materials Do You Use?

    Our products are made of the highest quality seagrass, rattan, corn husk and water hyacinth material.

  • Where Are You Located?

    We are located in Santa Barbara California.  We have virtual employees around the globe helping to ensure our customer’s are 100% satisfied.

  • Why Not Just Buy On Etsy?

    Etsy will not have the same quick delivery that we offer.  Etsy doesn’t offer the same personalized support and lowest prices. 

  • I Have A Problem With My Product?

    We are so sorry!  Please send us an email at support@Wovanna.com and we will do whatever we can to make it right.  Don’t worry, we will fix it!

  • I Haven’t Received My Product?

    Please give it a few days and if you still haven’t received your product you can contact us at support@Wovanna.com or you can click here to track your shipment.
