Typically, we offer 30 day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days you have an issue with your product, we will refund you full amount of the product, minus the shipping cost to you. You will also have to pay for the shipping cost to send the product back to us.
If there is a flaw in the product, we will exchange the product and pay for the shipping to you and send you a shipping label to ship it back to us.
